We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Project Executive with proven high-level competency in Microsoft Office to provide support to the project teams. You will be proactive, able to adapt to changing priorities, have a great attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work on complex projects to tight timelines. You will have generalist administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy environment, and a degree level education (scientific subject beneficial but not essential), along with the ability to multi-task, work collaboratively as part of a team, and an excellent standard of written English.
Your specific activities will include high level project support on a range of international projects, coordination of meeting agendas and preparation of minutes, generating reports and summarising data in Excel, uploading documents to client systems, creating visuals in PowerPoint and charts in excel, development and assigning of appropriate tags/search terms and templates, and providing support in other areas of the business such as quality checking, styling of documents for publications, and assisting in submissions as required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with Outlook and the ability to format documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are highly desirable, as is experience of using reference management software.
