Project Administrator, PCO US
What we are looking for
We are recruiting a Project Administrator to join our growing Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO) team. This is a fast-paced and varied role in which you will provide support to our project teams, including assisting research team members in the preparation of various client deliverables, processing data, facilitating communications with research partners, supporting financial and contractual activities, obtaining articles for literature reviews, organizing meetings and providing administrative and business operations support to other areas of the business as needed.
How you fit in
BA/BS degree and previous administrative experience required. Strong MS Office skills are essential. Familiarity with copy editing and/or proofreading, as well as prior data entry experience, preferably in Excel and Microsoft Access, is preferred. This position requires an eye for detail, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively as a member of project teams is essential.
