What we are looking for

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Project Administrator to provide support to the project teams in all aspects of delivery.  You will have general administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy environment.  You will also have the ability to multi-task, be proactive, have a flexible attitude and attention to detail.  Organisational skills, self-motivation, and very close attention to detail are essential, along with a team work ethos and an appetite for working in a fast-paced, fun environment.

How you fit in

The role would suit somebody with previous experience in an administrative role with a good standard of written and spoken English and mathematics.  A relevant administrative qualification or formal training is desirable.

Your specific activities will include assisting team members in the preparation of various client deliverables, processing data, supporting financial and contractual activity of projects, searching for and obtaining articles for literature reviews, organising meetings, preparing meeting minutes, filing, and providing administrative support in other areas of the business as required. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in terms of the ability to format documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are highly desirable, as is experience of using reference management software.
