Client Services Account Manager, PROVE

What we are looking for

With the continued growth of our market access and healthcare value demonstration activities we are seeking a Client Services Account Manager with a genuine passion for understanding and communicating the value of healthcare and experience in managing programmes of work in a client-facing environment. You should ideally have a life sciences degree, with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.  You will also demonstrate the ability to undertake active business development and build client relationships to bring in new business opportunities, as well as being able to problem-solve effectively and make decisions which help to build our client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, experienced and ambitious individual with a proven track record.  If an empowering but professional environment is what you’re after – this position would be hard to beat.

How you fit in

The role involves delivering solutions for clients that inform the development of value propositions and value communications to optimise pricing, reimbursement and market access, working in collaboration with the Analyst team, Medical Writers, Project Leads, and with support from the Senior Directors within the business. This specific role is focused on one of our key client accounts and would involve working closely with the overall Account Senior Lead to manage the client relationship and drive the efficient delivery of projects in this account. This includes ensuring high quality deliverables are produced both individually and collaboratively with the team, leading the project and financial management for the program of work and driving them from brief to completion on time, to budget and aligned with overall account priorities. A passion for developing yourself and others, a client-focused mindset and a creative mindset are essential – as is an appetite for working hard and having fun.
